Suppose a guy asks you out and you say yes, and then change your mind before the set date to a no and give two different reasons, don't expect us to share with you classified information about our upcoming agendas that also involes telling you all about who we are and what we're all about, and don't follow us to our cars (or bikes). It's all or nothing, you either want to get to know us on a personal level or you don't.
