Justice, Inc was literally one of the first comics I ever read...sometime around '74 or '75. Don't remember much about it. The art was Kirby-esque, if not actually produced by the King. The protaganist was a gray skinned guy who had the ability to change his facial features as if they were made of clay.
I too have the Vertigo mini. Don't remember much about that either except that I didn't like the art.
Maybe one of these days I'll go thru my old stuff and give it a re-read.
There was a Justice Inc. miniseries from the '70s, and I believe Kirby actually did do the art in #2-4. But the pre-Vertigo one is the one I was referring to, the only one I've read.
