Jesus's blood as a substance had no special powers. If he cut his finger (wich prolly hapened more than once seeing as he was a carpenter) and someone touched said blood they would not be redeemed. When the Bible speaks of teh Blood of Jesus it refers to the sacrifice He made on teh cross.
