 My buddy was following me and I got stopped at a red light. He hit his brakes, but they locked up on him and the road was so wet he slid right into me and demolished the rear of my car at 40mph. The car in front of me had my lady friend, but fortunately I was able to swerve and barely did any damage to her car. I jumped out immediately to make sure she was okay, and she burst into tears. I have no trunk, my subwoofer is in my backseat, and my rear window is all crinkled up. I went to the hospital and got x-rays, but I'm just beaten up real bad, nothing broken. Thank God I wear my seatbelt. My back, neck, and legs are sore as hell. I'm off work for the next couple days, which sucks because they have nobody to work the day shift but me and my brother. Tomorrow me and my buddy going down to take pictures of our cars and get the accident reports and talk to our reps. I don't even know what I'm going to do for a car. On one hand, I want a new one, on the other I just want a beater so I don't have debt. I'm not gonna worry about that now. I'm thankful that me and all my friends are okay. when I get the pics developed I'll post them online. ....and I just washed the thing today...

I went today to get pictures and I should get them in a couple days. apparently the car is more totalled than I thought. My front passenger headlight was completely destroyed, and the metal was all twisted. My spoiler went though my back windshield. My trunk really is in my backseat, and my backseat is right up against the front seats. If I had anyone in those seats, they would have died. In fact, everyone is suprised I walked out of there cuz my seat was pushed up toward my steering wheel.

First and foremost, Stupid Dogg, I'm sorry about what happened. I'm glad to hear that everyone is as okay as possible, though, and solemnly hope you're able to stick it to his or your insurance company, because I'd hate to see you further victimized by shoddy brakes and rain.

ugh. no more car modifications. If anything, I'd have to put in a new sound system. I hate crappy paper speakers. But rims and whatnot, forget it. I don't want to go through all the hassle again. I doubt I'm buying a new car, I think I'll just stick with my old junker. Which means I'll be selling some stuff like my air intake and rims and the old stock rims, pay off my car loan and credit card and just take it easy. maybe go on a long vacation next summer to Cancun or something.

so sorry to hear that!! you're ok tho, thats what matters. my sister got into a car accident almost a year ago. a guy made an illegal u turn in the middle of the street and it tore her car apart! the air bags deployed and everything. the weird thing was the air bag exploded and she got huge burns on her arm, hand and chin because of the force. the seat belt pulled her back so quickly it cut into her skin. she still cant move her thumb the way she could before the accident, and she still has burn marks or whatever the airbag did on her arm. and she didnt sue anyone

Been in a few accidents on my last bike & it was always a sorry site afterwards (thankfully as it was new the value of the vehicle made it worthwhile repairing).
Its amazing how much damage can be done at only 30-40 mph isnt it!

$6,795. that's how much they appraised my cars value for. My $2,000 sound system is only worth $90, and my $2000 rims are only worth $110. Bull FUCKING shit! they said I can send reciepts for everything, but I'll only get "replacement cost". The rims and head unit are coming off, and no way in HELL am I accepting that bullshit payoff. That's $430 less than book value, and I wouldn't even accept that. I really didn't want to do this, but it looks like I'm going to have to get a lawyer.

I'm sorry Stupid Dogg. It happens sometimes. My best friend was in a car wreck while driving to FLA with two friends. The one friend fell asleep at the wheel, crashed the car, totalling it and seriously injuring my friend. The two friends waited a while..and after the time limit for my friend to sue the one guy had expired , they BOTH started being really EVIL with my friend, and me, too, cause I was his friend. It's sad how this kinda shit wrecks friendships... but that is human nature.

this had nothing to do with the car accident. She ran away from home and changed her cell phone number. Being a concerned friend (and honestly I wanted to be more than that) I went to visit her at work like she has done to me in the past. Unfortunately she wasn't there, so I left her a note telling her I missed her and to call me to talk.
Late next night I get a phone call from some guy named Adam who claims he's her boyfriend, and that I'm freaking her out and I need to stop stalking her. After a little argument I hang up and go back to sleep. An hour later I get a text message from the girl saying Adam isn't her boyfriend and she misses me and wants to talk to me and see me. So I pick up the phone and talk to her and find out whats going on and why she left and I'm real sympathetic and I tell her I'll be there if she needs me, and she says I'm sweet and wants to get lunch with me that week.
Next morning I'm thinking about it and I wonder how Adam got my cell number and why he thinks I'm stalking her, so I call her and question the girl who says he's jealous because he likes her, and he overheard her talking about me and decided to call and threaten me when she was in the bathroom and I have nothing to worry about. I don't buy that explanation, but I tell her I'll call tomorrow for lunch and she says okay.
I call the next day and leave a voice mail. She never calls me back. A week later I find out she's staying at her uncles house so I call there and leave a message. Hour later I get a threatening phone call from her uncle saying if anyone else finds out wheres she's at he's going to "come at me". A couple months go by and it's New Years. I look at my phone around 1 am and it shows the girl called, so I call back. Adam picks up and we get into an argument, and I find out the girl told him I was stalking her and handed him the phone to call and threaten me. I tell him she's lying and tell her what she told me, and he says he doesn't give a shit and I just need to back off. I tell him he can go fuck himself and he tells me I made the biggest mistake of my life. The douche never follows up on the threat. After that I just deleted her phone number and never tried talking to her again. I've had enough backstabbing friends, I don't need anymore.

One time I got called down to a police station several towns away because some stupid 18 year old bitch got busted for breaking into one of her grandmothers empty houses to hold a party, and she had several hundred dollars in booze. so instead of taking the blame and telling the cops it was just some guy she paid to do it she gave the cops my name and said it all belongs to me.
So I'm sitting at a night club listening to a local band play when my brother calls me and tells me the cops are looking for me and I have to get down to the police station several towns away before they put a warrant out for my arrest. So I drive an hour to this fucking stupid police station, where I spend the next two hours being yelled at and lectured by two cops and a social worker, all the while I have no idea whats going on. So the cops let me go because they have no proof it was mine, but the bitch is still sticking to her story.
So my boss gets a call from the cops about it (his daughter was involved in this as well) and checks my grocery tab because I can charge items to the store and pay the bill when I get paid. Of course, there's a couple six packs charged because I bought some that day, and automatically he assumes I did do it and calls his wife to tell her I'm guilty, who calls my parents and tell them what I did.
Now it's a fucking scandal.
So my mom goes and checks the fridge and finds all the beer is still there, but they know the bitch is lying because before I went out to the club I ate dinner with them.
so the next day the bitches grandma calls my house and chews my dad out, so he tells her I didn't do it and if her granddaughter doesn't fix her story we'll be pressing charges. Only after that does the bitch go back to the cops and tell them she paid some guy from the mall and only gave them my name because she knew I was 21.
