I don't think any state has an advantage over another.
CA has the superficial, ultra-tan and morally bankrupt folk. NY has all the assholes. FL has all the old people and hot ethnic women (fuckers...) And Hawaii surprisingly, has a shitload of STD-ridden women and she-males.
