I think sometimes message boards fights like klinton/Batwoman or Son of Mxy/Jaburg come down to really simple stuff, when you think about it, but people get so caught up in arguing one another that they lose perspective and end up hating each other for, well, nothing. What helps in these cases is recognizing the origins of the problem and dealing with THOSE issues instead of whatever has arisen since then.
Batwoman, could you make a list of problems you have with klinton, so we can help on solving them? It needs to be official so you don't go back and change it afterwards. If you're using a shared computer and you're ashamed of having a word file called "official problem list", you can just name the file "official guest list", so whoever sees it will just assume it's something boring and won't check it out.
