Yanks took 2 out of 3 against the Mets. Not bad considering they played like shit most of the time. This last game they seemed to get their shit together.

I'm really looking forward to the three game series the Tigers play this week against the Yankees. So far this year, maybe due to injuries, the Tigers look no better than they were last year. However, they seem to have a hell of a starting rotation. I believe Ledezman, Maroth, and Bonderman will be the Tigers' starters for this seires. The way both teams have played so far this year, I think it will be a 2-1 series.
Should be fun.

The Yankees should win tonight. Ledezma has been starting out strong but screwing up around the 3rd inning. Tomorrow is more of a toss up. Maroth has been exceptional this season. He just needs some decent run support, and that's something the Tigers have not been providing lately.

I think this one is in the bag for the Yankees tonight. Ledezma fell apart after 3. He seems to do that every start. You'd think the Tigers would have sent him down after the last fuck up.

That was a good game. I'm disappointed in the Tigers, though. Not because they lost, but because I'm not happy with managements decision not to start bringing up and demoting certain players. A shrewd move before this series could have had a huge impact tonight. I'm not saying the Tigers would have won. I just think the game would have been more interesting. Bondo should come out and dominate tomorrow.

I actually believed the Tigers could win this one. This should go down as one of the easier sweeps for the Yankees this year.
