For the legal stuff, I'll defer to G-Man or Harleykwin. They're lawyers. Good lawyers. Smart lawyers. And I'm not just saying that because I may someday need a lawyer.  
However, I'd start by contacting him and pointing out that the bills that both of you created are coming up and that he has a certain responsibility to help settle them. Give him the opportunity to do what's right - don't threaten him with legal recourse. If he agrees, then great. If he refuses, note when you spoke to him and THEN look into legal channels. Hopefully he'll do the right thing...

k, sounds good. for the moment anyway. im just gonna have to get a better job thats all.
this is redictulous. i was settled, i was ready and now my whole way of living has been turned upside down. i was used to the way he did things, i had a whole routine and now i dont know quite what to do with myself. im starting to get the hang of living by my self again but, today will be the first day ive had to take out the garbage in a year! <sigh> oh, well. in the words of my buddy "whatcha gonna do.."

its funny how when one door opens another one closes.
im boored, so yea i go over to my buddys house last night to hang out with him and his buddy well his buddy calls and says he cant make it so its just me and him. cool. well see weve been dateing, i guess would be the word. so we get all snuggly on the couch and watch alittle cartoons. sweet! so then his dad comes home and he taks me upstairs to his room for alittle more privacy. now we didnt do anything but talk and kiss and i gave him a back rub but still it was sweet. so then his mom comes home and we decide its time to go. we are about to leave when his mom says how she didnt want us "alone" in his room. come on now. its weird cause she never cared before with his other girlfreinds. so i brush it off like its not a big deal, hes kind upset though. so we went for a car ride, it was sweet. i love going for rides. specailly on back roads. we saw some deer, they where so cute. then he took me home.
yea im bored. so im gonna babble.

so yea, im over my ex. i got mad at him.
puh and this morning his loan company called wanting his payment ha! its funny how when im not there to remind him when things need to be payed what happens. i got to tell him though to change the phone numbers. puh. i wish he would think of these things on his own. oh well.
but, yea, im okay. i just got tuff with myself and told myself that i dont deserve to be treatd this way and by golly miss molly i will not be treated this way!! Whoo girl power!!

I don't want to turn this into a marriage discussion, when this is supposed to be the thread about Lor. I just want to say, Jim, that I don't think age was the problem. The guy was just imature. I know people who have gotten married very young, and they are very happy. I think Lor is ready, but this guy wasn't. In any case, it doesn't matter anymore, because Lor is moving on to better things. Like her RDCW debut! The Real Harlequin is here, and she's taking no prisoners!  (Har, I still love you, it's just an angle, really.)

It's a push there. I know people also who got married young and who aren't happy or didn't stay together.
He was not in a position to handle the pressure on both sides, from Lor and from his family. I'm not saying at all that bailing out on his obligations to Lor is laudable, but given all Lor has said about their situation, I can't help but have some measure of sympathy for the guy.

No sympathy for him from me. He never gave Lor a chance. Not in the end. That's just wrong, no matter whether or not they should have broken up.
Anyway, Lor has found a better friend who was right in front of her the whole time, and I hope that works out for both of them, whatever they decide.

he was too immature to get married. he should never have proposed to me. he should have never have strung me along as long as he did. he should have told me ahead of time, talked it through. but no the ass just tookt he easy way out and left me with nothing but a broken heart. hes stupid and immature. i loved him, but thats no excuse for treating me the way he did.
