so. hmm nothing really exciteing has happened the past few days.
we met up with a morgage lady which shes doing an awsome job for us. we are just waiting to hear back about the pre approval then bam we can make an offer. we also talked to the lady whos selling it. which is great.
oh yea lol we found the house we are gonna buy i forgot to mention that. its a duplex so we can rent out the other side get it payed off then buy another one. great income. after that we can look for land to build our dream house on. and of course somewhere in there get engaged/married. lol
so yea, things are working out. so please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
hopefully we will be in there around thanksgiving no later than christmas.

so'oi, okay so we signed a bunch of papers yesterday to make an offer on the house so yea the best way to discribe the next few steps is sneakys dueling smilies, if i could only get them to work lol.
the realitor guy said that it usally takes about 30 to 60 days before the house is ours. puh. which means at the latest we will be in our new place sometime in december. oi. he did say sometimes but rarely it'll be sooner. he also said we maybe able to be in the house before we totally close so thats cool too.
stinky thing is we found out we have to have more money down then orginally thought which means we have to come up with a thousand dollars like now cause the guy said it could be any day now that we can have the inspections done and whatnot. nice thing is we get that back at closeing, well some of it about half of it anyway. so we are thinking about hitting someone up for it then paying them back... anyone? lol

wow, i prayed last night about the up coming money that we need and just a few mins ago, right after i posted the blog above this one, i got in the mail my college grand refund for almost the amount of money we need. the remaining we can diffantely come up with now no problem. wow! im like blowen away and totally estatic! please due continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers!
