Agreed fully. The dialogue was way too smart for her acting abilities. The cell phone scene at the manor? Her reaction, timing and all, sucked. Her slapping Bruce? Once was enough, the delayed slap #2 killed me. It was downhill from there with her.

Yes and no. I didn't give a fuck about the Rachel/Bruce romance post-becoming Batman. However I do think she had a level of importance as a childhood friend of Bruce, as well as her DA role.
