Light could break into Elongated Mans house and pretend to rape Sue Dibny's ghost that Ralph is always talking too. Not technically a crime or anything besides the breaking and entering, but I think Super-villains get let off for small crimes like that in the DCU Quote:

But whaddaya do once he's in hospital, surely a simple beating isnt enough to make him pay for his crime, especially if he planned to rape other league members loved ones. Would all who agreed with Daves statement just stick the fucker in the Phantom Zone, or do something else?
