Seriously. How? How!? HOW!??!??!??!
What kind of software do I use? How do I use that software? How do I get the image file to correspond with what I want it to be associated with? Why won't anything I download WORK!?!?!
.....Okay, maybe they do work, but the programs are so bloody hard to understand that I can't figure out how to resize, tweak texture, etc..
Please help me.

And, to be fair, one of my favorite friends there is blind and I take every opportunity available to make fun of that and we're still friends. That guy never fit there. He never got the spirit of the RKMBs. We're gonna keep an eye on the obits, see if he finally left or if he really did have a heart attack.

Even before you read the tutorial, resising the image is pretty easy, just select "image sise" and then adgust. you can do it by pixels or inches. Then go to save for web and play arround with all the options untill it meets your file size requirements.

Or.. drop the pic into Word, resize it appropriately, open Paint, make a canvas smaller than your picture, cut/copy and paste it into Paint, save it in the appropriate format, and, there you have it.

there you go pariah do that... or just plop into paint and resize it there... or what i use is my three in one scanner has its own photo editor thingy that works really well and is the frickin simplest programs to use to boot.. so if you have a scanner open the file from its program and do it that way.
