I have a tough time writing group dialogue...I find it easy to write a solo scene but, put the characters all in one place and have them interact? That is damn difficult for me!

I don't have a problem with this.

What helps me is I drive a lot, a whole lot more than I did with my last job. I'm in the car alone 99% of the time I'm in a car. I have a lot of time to think on those drives. I often run scenes in my head, either getting ideas for new fics, or working out scenes (both dialog and general storyline) this way. The only problem with this is, if you're like me and you've got a lot on your mind, you may forget what you came up with. So you might want to keep a pad of paper and pen with you at all times to jot things down when you get a chance.

Something that may help you with group dialog is, take a group of people, any number, put them in a room and pick a subject. Now, what are they saying? Whose talking, what are the others doing when the person is talking? What are they thinking? What prompted that particular discusison?

Try this, I'll give you a scene, you write out dialog for it.

Lunch (hour) break.

3 co-workers are sitting together talking. All women, 1 is in her 30s, married with 2 kids. The other one is single, right out of college, while the last is in her 50s and divorced.

As for the subject of the conversation, that's up to you because you have a lot of room to play there.

It's a rented tux ok? I'm not going comando in another man's fatigues.
