It's the IL National Gaurd HQ in Sycamore. Imagine my reaction when I saw it as I drove past it. I was trying to figure out where the heck I was going and where the places on my sheet where when I saw this big white building on my right. I crained my neck to see what it looked like as I was driving when I noticed it. It was the Hall of Justice. I couldn't slam on the brakes and take a picture so I decided to come back to take it.
I turned around made all the drops I needed to then ended up going past that again. I pulled into the gas station across the street and took the picture.
How do you get in that building?
Is there a guest list?
