A friend of mine bought the set & the main complaint she had was the fact the boxes were always crumpled slightly, so a mint one is a rarity.
She also had some faulty disc problems too.
The BBC are notoriously weak on DVD issues, and the only BBC shows that get good treatment are handled by outside companies like the Red Dwarf set.
