Last time he did anything WWE related was when he pretended to be Kury back in the feud with Lesnar in 2003!
I think OVW/WWE dropped him after that, he did maybe a handful of indy shows, then as you say, disapeared!

Maybe he just didnt think he could live in Kurts shadow.
