jets're playing quite well again today, against another big team. noting how close they made the new england game two weeks ago, i'm actually really happy with this season so far. even if they lose today, and go 2-2, those're two big guns they lost to, and both are (or would be) pretty close games.
and considering they're basically without a third of their offense, and much of their lines are new, i think thats pretty impressive, and way more than anyone expected of them.

still a very good game.
i know the loss is gonna be (righfully) blamed on the non-field goal -- where, had they actually made the touchdown, mangini would be cheered as a genius.
but, still, jets were never thought to have made this game even close. so losing by 3, and even having the lead very late in the game... i'll take those as moral victories (i.e; jet victories)
