I, myself, like some of the gadgets. At least the ones that aren't stupid (like the invisible car). I also like the idea of Bond movies being sort of fun and iconic.
But, yeah, its highly unlikely that the same people who, basically, fired Brosnan for wanting to take the franchise in a more gritty direction will really take the franchise in that direction now.
