Went apartment shopping again today. We found a sweet-ass deal. All fees and first month rent for $99, in a good neighborhood, across the street from a grocery store, two miles from school, two bed, two full bath, all pets allowed, good lighting, private enterance, a/c, w/d in the unit, monthly rent of $720 (including pet rent)....
