Based on JLA's modship of the Wimmins' forum, I vote Mr JLA, because I think he'd bring the same enthusiastic contribution to this forum that he does to that one.
And PJP, because he clearly wants the job, and makes reading these boards so much fun.
I'd vote Nowhereman for the same reason, but I'm not sure he wants the job.
So my third choice would be Animalman, who is knowledgeable and also a large contributor to the forum.

I was going to vote for Ani. I may still. But he hasn't been around in weeks. When he's here, he contributes a lot, but then he disappears for ages. A mod needs to regularly contribute to his/her forum, and in a sports forum, that means posting aritcles and starting topics on an almost daily basis. There is such a thing as a slow week, but I spent a couple of weeks loading this forum with topics without any problems. Do people post in them? Not always, but that can't be helped. Now that has nothing to do with voting for Uschi, I just want to see if it's possible for one person to be a mod in every forum.
