<Cut to a shot from inside the former SDC's locker room. The crowd cheers thunderously as Captain Sammitch comes into view, but Sammitch doesn't do or say anything right away. His hands are wrapped for a fight and he is leaning forward in his chair, watching film of past matches intently. After a moment Sweet Marlene walks by...>SM: Hey.
CS: <without looking up> Hey. Your
husband and Chewy made quite a commotion out there a few minutes ago.
SM: I
know. You should've been out there with 'em.
CS: Maybe.SM: Maybe?
CS: I
love the fans, and you know that. But I can't just half-ass prepping for the
match just to go out there and
taunt people.
SM: Are you studying up for the
match?CS: Yeah. Why?
SM: Because it's
King Snarf!
CS: That's true. But don't forget - he
has won the big belt, regardless of
how. And that's something I haven't done...
yet.
SM: Just relax. You're gonna kick his
ass out there.
<The door opens and Chewy and Killconey enter, still in character...>CS: Probably. I've studied what little strategy he's got, and I think I've got the answer for him. But one can never be too careful.
SM: You've
changed in that time off, you know. You used to just sit back here and think of new ways to make the other guys look
stupid.
KC: <in character> What's up, baby?
SM: You're such a goof. Go get changed.
<Killconey continues dancing and breaks into Jay's Rap from Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back
as he heads for his locker...>CS: Oh, I'm still figuring out ways to make the other guy look stupid. It's just that I'm gonna try and save it for the
ring. Not
everyone is a King Snarf. Joe's still out there.
Grimm's back. And we don't even have a
name. I gotta get
serious about winning. I owe it to the
fans.
CW:
CS: And to you guys.
SM: But what about the mind games? The psychological warfare?
CW: <in character> Denying your opponent the opportunity to look into your eyes and try and read what's written there,
that is the most powerful form of psychological warfare you can play.
CS: Dude, you're
really good at this Silent Bob thing.
CW:
<Fade to black...>
