Regardless of what you may think of him, G-Man, the fact is that Benoit had many fans and (more to the point) many friends and family members who will be upset at the loss of a man who was widely respected in his field of work. Just becuase he may have murdered his wife and child (and, remember, it has yet to be conclusively proved), it does not stop him being a human being, and it does not mean that we should not show his memory some respect, even if what he did was wrong.
