I have no idea what Benoit's politics were. In fact, the only people trying to bring politics in are the ones, like you, who seem to think that attacking Bush or Nixon somehow excuses Benoit's crimes.

Actually, I've come here to condemn Benoit. But for some reason you guys all reacted like it was a personal attack on each of YOU. From the first time I observed that it looked like he killed his family, the ad hominem attacks began. First Snarf attacked the source I posted, and tried to imply (inaccurately) that only FOX was reporting he murdered his family. Then came this silly "I don't agree with your politics, or your choice of political figures, so you can't have an opinion" argument. In between, there's been a lot continued justification for defending this guy, even as the evidence continues to mount against him and almost zero...zero...sympathy for a little boy and an innocent woman who never deserved this. Its like you're so eager to prove ME wrong that you're losing track of what's right and wrong here.
Do I think you're bad guys? No. I think you're mostly decent people. And that's why I'm disappointed that you are getting so bent out of shape over this fucker.
