riddler's best portrayal was in BTAS, as with many, many other things. the stylish hat and cane and arrogant persona... good stuff.

surprisingly enough, the best real-world (acting) riddler persona was not the riddler. ...though it was gorshin. he had a very cryptic and chilling guest appearance on CSI, just before his death, where his character was like a riddler-like mastermind. very noice.


I seem to recall reading in an old Batman comic that Riddler wanted to get caught, which is why he leaves clues for Batman, whom Riddler knows to be a fantastic detective who always catches him.

I guess Riddler must like those prison showers!
