Finally, the fucking map riddle was resolved. Some guys at the SHH forums just guessed that the word that the directions on the map spelled was "OUT OF TIME", since "out" was the first word that you could figure out with the maps available.

I almost went insane trying to do this, specially looking for a full map that apparently doesn't exists. But personally, I'd recommend you to read and know quite well almost all of the articles on the Gotham Times.
