we just launched a new "medals" system at fyrebug.com

now, you can earn points by creating games, playing games, making items, getting high scores, etc. user medals are stored on their profile pages, and game madels are stored on the game pages.

they are there for just simple categories for now, but eventually we'll add thousands of different types (sorta like the xbox live reward system)

each medal is worth a different point amount.

the more medals you have, the more points you have -- and the more points you have, the more things you'll be able to do on the site. eventually, that'll mean more access to games, more controls over things, deeper levels of customization, etc.
