March is the third month of the year in the Gregorian Calendar and one of seven Gregorian months with the length of 31 days. See also Months in various calendars
March begins (astrologically, non-sidereal) with the sun in the sign of Pisces and ends in the sign of Aries. Astronomically speaking, the sun begins in the constellation of Aquarius and ends in the constellation of Pisces.
In ancient Rome, March was called Martius, so named after Mars, the Roman god of war.
March was originally the first month of the Roman calendar before the winter months of January and February were added about 700 BC by King Numa Pompilius. It ceased to be the first month of the calendar year (the year when displayed as twelve months) about 450 BC during the time of the decemvirs, when January assumed that position. Roman consuls entered office in March between 222 BC and 153 BC, hence Roman events dated via the consular year began in March during that period. The numbered year began on March 1 in Russia until the end of the fifteenth century. Great Britain and her colonies continued to use March 25 until 1752, the same year they finally adopted the Gregorian calendar.
In Finnish, the month is called maaliskuu, which originates from maallinen kuu meaning earthy month. This is because in maaliskuu earth started to show from under the snow. Historical names for March include the Saxon term Lenctmonat, named for the equinox and eventual lengthening of days and the eventual namesake of Lent. The Saxons also called March Rhed-monat (for their goddess Rhedam); ancient Britons called it hyld-monath (meaning loud or stormy).

Why doesn't flavored gum turn your mouth that color?
If a doctor suddenly died while doing surgery, would the other doctors work on the doctor or the patient?
Why do we sing "Rock a bye baby" to lull our little ones to sleep when the song is about putting your baby in a tree and letting the wind crash the cradle to the ground?
Why do we say we're head over heels when we're happy? Isn't that the way we normally are?
If the Wicked Witch of the West melts in water... how did she ever bathe?
If bald people work as chefs in a restaurant,do they have to wear hairnets?
Why do sleeping pills have warning labels that state :'Caution: May Cause Drowsiness?
Do nudists have pin-ups of people with clothes on?
How can Darth Vader breathe and talk at the same time?
If there's a wheelchair-bound comedian, is it still called "stand-up"?
When the French swear do they say pardon my English?
Do people who use sign language see little hands in their head when they think about what somebody said, or do they hear the words in their head?
How did Walt Disney figure out how to make people pay to stand in lines all day?

1.The celebration of the new year is the oldest of all holidays. It was first observed in ancient Babylon about 4000 years ago. In the years around 2000 BC, the Babylonian New Year began with the first New Moon (actually the first visible crescent) after the Vernal Equinox (first day of spring). The beginning of spring is a logical time to start a new year. After all, it is the season of rebirth, of planting new crops, and of blossoming. The Romans continued to observe the new year in late March, but their calendar was continually tampered with by various emperors so that the calendar soon became out of synchronization with the sun. In order to set the calendar right, the Roman senate, in 153 BC, declared January 1 to be the beginning of the new year. But tampering continued until Julius Caesar, in 46 BC, established what has come to be known as the Julian Calendar. It again established January 1 as the new year. But in order to synchronize the calendar with the sun, Caesar had to let the previous year drag on for 445 days. The first of January was dedicated by the Romans to their God of Gates and Doors, Janus. A very old Italian God, Janus has a distinctive artistic appearance in that he is commonly depicted with two faces ... one regarding what is behind and the other looking toward what lies ahead. Thus, Janus is representative of contemplation on the happenings of an old year while looking forward to the new.

6.Many parts of the U.S. celebrate the new year by consuming black-eyed peas. These legumes are typically accompanied by either hog jowls or ham. Black-eyed peas and other legumes have been considered good luck in many cultures. The hog, and thus its meat, is considered lucky because it symbolizes prosperity. Cabbage is another "good luck" vegetable that is consumed on New Year's Day by many. Cabbage leaves are also considered a sign of prosperity, being representative of paper currency. In some regions, rice is a lucky food that is eaten on New Year's Day.

"Auld Lang Syne" is sung at the stroke of midnight in almost every English-speaking country in the world to bring in the new year. At least partially written by Robert Burns in the 1700's, it was first published in 1796 after Burns' death. Early variations of the song were sung prior to 1700 and inspired Burns to produce the modern rendition. An old Scotch tune, "Auld Lang Syne" literally means "old long ago," or simply, "the good old days." Here are the lyrics:
Auld Lang Syne Should auld acquaintance be forgot and never brought to mind? Should auld acquaintance be forgot and days of auld lang syne? For auld Lang syne, my dear, for auld Lang syne, We'll take a cup of kindness yet, for auld Lang syne. Should auld acquaintance be forgot and never brought to mind? Should auld acquaintance be forgot and days of auld Lang syne? And here's a hand, my trusty friend and gie's a hand o' thine We'll tak' a cup o' kindness yet for auld Lang syne

So you should eat black eyed peas with rice and cabbage during 12/31?

3.Internet Explorer began conceptually as one of the major components of the unreleased Windows 97,[citation needed] imagined as the successor to Windows 95. The project was started in the summer of 1994 by Thomas Reardon and subsequently led by Benjamin Slivka, leveraging source code from Spyglass, Inc. Mosaic, an early commercial web browser with formal ties to the pioneering NCSA Mosaic browser. In late 1994, Microsoft licensed Spyglass Mosaic for a quarterly fee plus a percentage of Microsoft's non-Windows revenues for the software. Although bearing a name similar to NCSA Mosaic, which was the first widely used web browser, Spyglass Mosaic was relatively unknown in its day and used the NCSA Mosaic source code only sparingly.

4.Internet Explorer's original logoVersion 1, released in August 1995 was a modified version of Spyglass Mosaic. It came with Microsoft Plus! for Windows 95 and OEM release of Windows 95. Version 1.5 was released several months later for Windows NT and added support for basic table rendering. Version 2.0 was released for both Windows 95 and Windows NT in November 1995, featuring support for SSL, cookies, VRML, and Internet newsgroups.

12.Version 8 of Internet Explorer is in development. A beta version will be made available in the first half of 2008. From the blog and based on the conferences of MIX 2007; RSS, CSS, Ajax, microformats, more options for user interface customization and improved web development tools are possibilities for inclusion into the forthcoming version of Internet Explorer, with security still being the top priority. Microsoft is investing in support for more of the CSS 2.1 specification as well as changes to the DOM for interoperability with other web browsers. HasLayout functionality will also be done away with in IE8. IE8 includes a new rendering mode known as "IE8 standards mode".[ IE8 standards mode breaks compatibility with previous versions of Internet Explorer by more strictly adhering to web standards.[ IE8 standards mode is not enabled by default, but can be triggered by inserting a special flag into a web page.[13] IE8 supports Data: URIs, HTML object fallback, abbr tag, CSS generated content and display: table display type, in addition to fixing a lot of CSS and HTML parsing bugs.[15] As a result, according to Microsoft, an internal debug build of IE8 passes the Acid2 test in IE8 standards mode. [10][15] However, the version of IE8 that will be released will not pass
Acid2 as it will require pages to specifically request to be rendered in IE8 standards mode, and Acid2 does not request this.

The word love has many different meanings in English, from something that gives a little pleasure ("I loved that meal") to something one would die for (patriotism, family). It can describe an intense feeling of affection, an emotion or an emotional state. In ordinary use, it usually refers to interpersonal love. Probably due to its psychological relevance, love is one of the most common themes in art and music.
Just as there are many types of lovers, there are many kinds of love. Though love is inherent in all human cultures, cultural differences make any universal definition difficult to establish.[1] One definition attempting to be universally applicable is Thomas Jay Oord's: to love is to act intentionally, in sympathetic response to others (including God), to promote overall well-being. This definition applies to the positive connotations of love.
Expressions of love may include the love for a "soul" or mind, the love of laws and organizations, love for a body, love for nature, love of food, love of money, love for learning, love of power, love of fame, love for the respect of others, etcetera. Different people place varying degrees of importance on the kinds of love they receive. According to many philosophers, the only goal of life is to be happy. And there is only one happiness in life: to love and be loved. Love is essentially an abstract concept, much easier to experience than to explain.

Cowboy In Me Tim McGraw
I don't know why I act the way I do Like I ain't got a single thing to lose Sometimes I'm my own worst enemy I guess that's just the cowboy in me
I got a life that most would love to have But sometimes I still wake up fightin' mad At where this road I'm heading down might lead I guess that's just the cowboy in me
The urge to run, the restlessness The heart of stone I sometimes get The things I've done for foolish pride The me that's never satisfied The face that's in the mirror when I don't like what I see I guess that's just the cowboy in me
The urge to run, the restlessness The heart of stone I sometimes get The things I've done for foolish pride The me that's never satisfied The face that's in the mirror when I don't like what I see I guess that's just the cowboy in me
Girl I know there's times you must have thought There ain't a line you've drawn I haven't crossed But you set your mind to see this love on through I guess that's just the cowboy in you
We ride and never worry about the fall I guess that's just the cowboy in us all

CELINE DION That's Just The Woman In Me
If your shoes refuse to shine And your legs don't walk in line And tomorrow it's just another time, yeah That's just the woman in me, baby That's just the woman in me, baby That's just the woman walking on you
And if your feet can't find the floor And your key won't fit the door And you forgot just that two twos are four, yeah That's just the woman in me, baby That's just the woman in me, baby That's just the woman walking on you
Oh yeah, now And I've seen you wandering, baby Up and down my street, yeah Trying to explain that I caused all this pain To all the people that you meet Searching for that imperious,
mysterious femme fatal kind of stuff, yeah But if you don't know by now That it's me anyhow Then baby, you've got it wrong
So if your play gets so confused and you TV is blowing the fuse just come on over you've got nothing to lose
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah That's just the woman in me, baby That's just the woman in me, baby That's just the woman walking on you walking on you walking on you walking on you
'Cause I need, I need a man to love Because I need a man to love...
