Nah, he'll kill him off-panel and give maybe a paragraph's worth of send-off.

Just some concept art. You should see the other four pages of planning. *shudders*

Depends on how long he's gone this time...

At least. But, don't worry, I'll change your character's powers and won't even let you know...

Cool sketches, CJ! You draw very well! I ought to draw pics of my group, The Champions, and post 'em in a thread about their origins, which I have been planning to do for some time now.

Thanks! Like I said, this was just basic concept art. The four pages that preceeded this...it's not they were bad drawigns, but they were bad designs. I had two pages where she had what looked like a vulture skull on her head.
Maybe I'll do some more 'professional' looking blueprints. I'm housesitting for an entire week, I have nothing else to do while I wait for the friggin job people to call!

Just make it the next day when he wakes up and take your pick. Surprise me. That's part of the idea behind the character. Different 'powers'/abnormalities every day. Some good, some less good. Chewy gave me the idea a few years ago but I never worked it into anything. So go for it. I'd love to see what you do with Marshall.

Oh, and read the rules first.. I think the idea is to use a NEW idea, something that you have not previously done before. I feel this is a great idea, at that! It makes you have to create something brand new.

I made Darmo up just an hour or two ago. I might use him in my Champions stories at a later date.

Isn't it just? This one's a design of the hero I intend to use, when I get round to thinking of a good name (all suggestions are welcome) And this is a villain I came up with cos I was bored.

I came up with two possible designs for Norrin Frasier...
I think I'm more partial to the first option, really. And, I'd rather have a pistol in his hand than a crossbow, but, I must have selected the wrong template for it...

I personally prefer the second one, he looks older, more believable as a captain. But Beardguy's right, they're both cool.
This is the final version of Tom Sawyer (the name will make sense later, trust me).

The wings don't look like this (smooth, not bird-like at all), but I like the armor on this one.

Those all look pretty cool! And Pro, your character's name is pretty Rad!
It does give one a better feeling for the character when you can see what they look like.

That's cool! I'm a bit wary of continuing someone's character, though...I have NEVER written in a group before, so this is VERY new to me.

Just watch and learn from example. The main rule is that it is a group story, and no one writer should dominate the plot, or, impose the whims of their own character over others. That's all...

Posted my character's intro piece. Sorry if that treads on your toes in any way, Pro, if it does I've already got it covered (Not only is Red Dwarf a very funny show, it's good on time travel too).
