I'm sure the fact she didn't have a degree is far from the most pressing issue in Spitzer's mind. My point, however, was that it tends to show that even the "high priced" girls are probably more exploited then we'd like to think.
Does that mean it should remain illegal? Not necessarily. I think an argument can be made that legalization would prevent some of that exploitation.
