no, i'm pointing out mob mentality which exists everywhere. people in america have killed viciously after being caught up in mob mentality. and in america there were people who gathered and cheered when we invaded iraq. and they were cheering deaths.
and there are many many other events that have been about death and horror that were cheered at by citizens in an opposing nation.
