Yes, that's sarcasm. Because basically you're saying that those people deserved their fate on account of their own failings and not on account of being overwhelmed by a disaster of unimaginable magnitude. Then you try to inflate and self aggrandize your situation to those stuck on lower ground with little to NO FOOD or WATER to share and greater numbers on account of it being a large city.
But like I said, you can pump up your own chest and insult and what-not.
I'll always take comfort that that was the precise moment America caught on to the incompetence, callousness and indifference, of Bush and started looking at EVERYTHING this guy did and said differently.
Every dark cloud has a silver lining.
And that is something that NOTHING you reply will change.
