I thought he was laying in acid too (you see the drum emptying just beforehand), but I spose it could be some kinda flammable liquid thats about to be set fire to (possibly indicated by the explosion just afterwards).

Either way, who gives a shit (shut up Pariah) as long as the movie kicks as much arse as it looks like it will!
